Jamie Elliott, Director of Golf Instruction


With more than 30 years of playing golf, 20 years as a professional, Jamie Elliott has a passion for the game. Jamie started playing golf at the young age of nine, and he turned out to be a natural. Jamie continued to develop his natural talent through high school where he was the 1981 Ohio high school state medalist.

Jamie was given the opportunity to pursue his dream of becoming a Golf Professional at the prestigious Pinehurst Resort and Country Club in 1986. His teaching background began as an instructor in the world-renowned Pinehurst Golf Advantage School. Jamie then accepted the Head Golf Professional position at The Four Seasons/Las Colinas and became a member of the Byron Nelson Golf School instructional team. The last three years, Jamie has been the Director of Instruction at Tenison Park in Dallas. The experience he has gained from some of the most prominent clubs in the country, coupled with his passion for the game, have dedicated Jamie to providing a memorable learning experience for each of his students.

Golf is a game for all ages. Jamie likes to introduce the game to juniors to get them started as early as possible because it is a game that can be played forever. During his three years at Tenison, the junior golf program almost doubled in participation. Jamie's enthusiasm in developing juniors is his way of giving back to the game.

Golf is a game that is supposed to be fun! From the first time beginner to the professional level, Jamie creates a fun and educational learning environment that achieves results.

In 2004, Jamie was selected by Titleist to be one of only twenty Regional Club-Fitters in the United States

Jamie is married to Kathy and has two sons, Jake and Jensen, whom have also developed a passion for the game.
