MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Bridlewood Golf Club is seeking a maintenance technician with experience in various aspects of building maintenance and repairs.
We are looking for an "on call" contract labor building technician.
Some areas frequently needing attention are:
Minor Plumbing Repairs
Minor Electric Repairs
Minor Painting
Sprinkler System
Various Machinery Repairs (pressure washer, ice machines, etc)
Ice Machine Filter Changes
Other areas of responsibility would be:
Scheduling annual inspections when due (fire & alarm system)
Window cleaning (monthly or sometimes more frequently)
Carpet cleaning (semi-annual)
Minor cleaning around outside of clubhouse (gutters, lanterns, spider webs, etc.)
Some minor cleaning inside clubhouse (items that janitorial service does not handle)
